42 New Briggate Summer Programme 14th July - 8th September 2007

42 New Briggate Gallery is a space set up by Lucy Gibson and Yvonne Carmichael in conjunction with Opera North Projects. The gallery has played host to four exhibitions which coincided and connected with Opera North's Productions.

Over the Summer period, there is a gap in the Operas which allows the gallery to program a series of experimental events and exhibitions featuring regional artists.

The Summer Programme will run from Saturday 14th July to Saturday 8th September, launching with a public preview of the first exhibition, Cannonball, featuring work from eight artists who have graduated this year from the Leeds' arts institutes, on Saturday 14th July 5-8pm.

The 42 New Briggate Summer team consists of Yvonne Carmichael, Victoria Lucas and Eva Rowson.
